Dartford Chinese School has been appointed by the Chinese Proficiency Test UK Committee of Hangban, China as an official examination centre and it has decided to hold examination on the 14 May 2022 from 10.00pm to 12.00.

HSK Chinese Proficiency Test has been set up by the Chinese government and promoted by Hangban as the only internationally recognised Chinese qualifications, which is on a par with the structure with the European languages with standardised proficiency testing. The main emphasis is on testing student candidates whose first language is not Chinese on their abilities to cope in their daily lives, study and work using conversational Chinese. Each year, there will be several examinations which are coordinated in different countries all over the world. Examination papers are corrected in Beijing collectively. One month after the examination, candidates will receive HSK results and relevant certificates from Hangban, China. Our school will be organising our Year2, Year 3 and Adult class students to participate in these examination the contents of which will be integrated into the teaching in the classrooms. I hope that the new contents will render the lessons more interesting and practical, and periodic examinations will strengthen the students’ targets and enhance their interests.

汉语水平考试简称：HSK。是由中国政府设立，国家汉办推出的唯一一个国际认可的汉语水平测试。它与欧洲语言框架对等，是一项国际汉语能力标准化考试，重点考查汉语非第一语言的考生在生活、学习和工作中运用汉语进行交际的能力。每年分不同的时段，在世界范围内不同的考点统一考试。答卷将统一寄往北京审阅批改。考试结束一个月后，考生将获得由国家汉办颁发的新 HSK成绩报告及证书。 我校将组织二年级、三年级及成人班的同学参加考试。老师会把考试内容融入到课堂教学中。希望这些新的教学内容会令学生感到中文学习更加有趣和实用，阶段性的考试会让学生的学习目标更加清晰，从而推动学生的中文学习积极性。  

一，新汉语水平考试简介：

新汉语水平考试简称：新HSK。是由中国国家汉办组织中外汉语教学、语言学、心理学和教育测量学等领域的专家，在充分调查、了解海外实际汉语教学情况的基础上，吸收原有HSK的优点，借鉴近年来国际语言测试研究最新成果，推出新汉语水平考试(HSK)。 新HSK是一项国际汉语能力标准化考试，重点考查汉语非第一语言的考生在生活、学习和工作中运用汉语进行交际的能力。新HSK分独立两部分：六个级别的笔试和三个级别的口试。包括HSK（一级）、HSK（二级）、HSK（三级）、HSK（四级）、HSK（五级）和HSK（六级）；口语考试则 分为初，中，高三级。 每年分不同的时段，在世界各地 不同的考点统一考试。答卷将统一寄往北京审阅批改。考试结束一个月后，考生将获得由国家汉办颁发的新HSK成绩报告及证书。

二，参加汉语水平考试的好处： 1. 创造孩子们的中文学习成就感，以提高他们的中文学习兴趣。 2. 汉考内容更重视发展考生语言应用能力，也就是实用性更强。 3. 明确的考试目标，便于学生有计划、有成效地提高汉语应用能力。 4. HSK考试是唯一被中国承认的语言能力证书。 5. 是申请中国政府及中国院校奖学金的必要依据；为用人机构录用、培训、晋升工 作人员提供汉语能力参考依据。 6. 为院校招生、分班授课、课程免修、学分授予提供参考依据。
