学习内容-What Did We Do
1, Warm-Up:接着上节课的关于季节和春天的讨论,继续讨论“你的花园有什么变化”。Warm-up by talking about seasons and what is happening in your garden. All our discussion is in Chinese or Chinese and English.
2, 检查古诗背诵情况。全班同学均可以背诵,it is great!
3, 听写/spelling:那是她的笔吗?。Well done to most kids, 95% got 100% right.
3, 继续学习第2册第2课。Continue lesson 2, book 2. 新字词/key characters: 亲爱,乱,丢,放心。重点句型:是……不是……,要……还要……。
4,老师检查批改作业,学生继续完成作业workbook B。Teacher Checked & Marked Homework。
5,学习小总结:默写比赛。一起复习最近两课学过的生字之后,3分钟时间速记,然后用3分钟默写,正确写出字数最多的三人获胜。今天获胜的三位同学是:哈维,子芳,乐怡。We had a small competition today: going through the new characters we learnt recently and then focus on them for 3 minutes then the teacher covered the words, the students must try to write correctly as many as they could. The top three are: Harvey, 子芳,乐怡。Well done and congratulations. Below for reference.

作业-Homework:
1,练习册/Work-book: A & B , 第1课和第2课的全部练习。Work-books A&B, all papers of Lesson 1 and Lesson 2.
2,熟读、最好背诵P13短文“我长大了”。Read until fluently or being able to recite: P13 “I have Grown Up”.
3,模仿“我长大了”这封信(短文),用中文写一封给爸爸妈妈的信,长短不限,要求有开头结尾和中间部分。Take “I have Grown Up” as example to write a short letter, should be not less than 3 sentences while be in Chinese and read as a letter.

家长注意Notes to parents:
1, 学校将组织YCT考试,二年级同学建议参加YCT1或者YCT2测验。感兴趣的家长请直接跟学校报名。For the YCT test,if you are interested to enrol your child please speak to Mrs Chen or Mr Chen directly.
2, 家长会后很多孩子的进步明显。谢谢家长支持。如有问题,欢迎随时和白老师面谈。I can clearly see some children are making distinct progress after the parent-meeting. Thank you for the solid support. Again, if you have any concerns please speak to Ms Bai.
2, 我们已经开始使用第二册新教材,新书已经发给学生。请家长提醒孩子不要忘了书包,提前检查书包里是否有三本书、笔、笔记本,否则会非常影响孩子的学习。Please remind your child to check they have 3 books, writing-notebook, pencils before leaving for the lesson.
