今天我们课堂上主要介绍的主题是情绪和感受,在课堂中我用文字加图片的形式带领小朋友们介绍了各种情绪的单词,其中包括了:开心,焦虑,伤心,害怕,兴奋,生气,无聊,迷茫,放松,惊讶,沮丧,和惊喜。我向小朋友们一一提问:“当他们有这些情绪的时候,他们会如何表达呢?”每个小朋友都给了我不同的答案。

接下来,我就和小朋友们对每个情绪展开了一一讨论,我们还会用什么方式来表达这些情绪呢?
1. 当我开心时,我笑一笑。/ 我跳跳舞。/我唱唱歌。/我拍拍手。
2. 当我伤心时,我流眼泪。/ 我皱紧眉头。/我想要抱抱。/ 我躲进被窝。
3. 当我害怕时,我抱抱我的玩具。/我捂住眼睛。/我大声喊叫。/我会躲起来。
4. 当我生气时,我跺跺脚。/ 我双手交叉,抱在胸前。/我大喊大叫。/我趴在地上。
5. 当我兴奋时,我说个不停。/我握紧拳头。/我咯咯地笑。/我活蹦乱跳。
6. 当我无聊时,我闷闷不乐。/我躺在沙发上。/我做鬼脸。/我唉声叹气。
7. 当我惊讶时,我张大嘴巴。/我惊声尖叫。/我大声欢笑。/我扬起眉毛。
8. 当我焦虑时,我问很多问题。/我坐着发呆。/我玩弄头发。/我会发抖。

DIY手工时间:
材料:彩色卡纸,水彩笔,毛毛球,扭扭棒,胶水,剪刀。
制作过程:我让每个小朋友制作了一张表情脸,在彩色的纸上先画了一张大脸,然后用不同的材料用剪贴的方式来装饰它,情绪可以是开心的,生气的,伤心的等,目的是为了让孩子充分发挥想象力和动手能力。

回家作业:
希望家长们可以和孩子们一起使用这些学过的词语来造一句话。

Today’s Lesson Summary: Emotions and Feelings

The main theme of our class today was emotions and feelings. I introduced various emotion-related vocabulary to the children using both words and pictures. The emotions we covered included: happy, anxious, sad, scared, excited, angry, bored, confused, relaxed, surprised, frustrated, and surprised (pleasantly).

I asked each child: “How do you express yourself when you feel these emotions?”
Each student gave me different answers, showing how uniquely they experience and express their feelings.

Next, we had detailed discussions about each emotion. We explored different ways we might express them. Here are some of the examples the children and I came up with:
1. When I’m happy, I smile. / I dance. / I sing. / I clap my hands.
2. When I’m sad, I cry. / I frown. / I want a hug. / I hide under the blanket.
3. When I’m scared, I hug my toy. / I cover my eyes. / I scream. / I hide.
4. When I’m angry, I stomp my feet. / I cross my arms. / I shout. / I lie on the floor.
5. When I’m excited, I talk non-stop. / I clench my fists. / I giggle. / I jump around.
6. When I’m bored, I feel dull. / I lie on the sofa. / I make silly faces. / I sigh.
7. When I’m surprised, I open my mouth wide. / I scream. / I laugh out loud. / I raise my eyebrows.
8. When I’m anxious, I ask many questions. / I stare blankly. / I play with my hair. / I shake.

DIY Craft Time:

Materials: Coloured paper, markers, pom-poms, pipe cleaners, glue sticks, scissors.

Activity:
Each child made an “emotion face”. First, they drew a big face on coloured paper, and then decorated it using different craft materials. The emotion could be happy, angry, sad, etc. The purpose of this activity was to encourage creativity and develop fine motor skills while reinforcing the lesson theme.

Homework:
We encourage parents to help their children use the new vocabulary to make sentences at home. This will help reinforce what we learned in class.
