Content of this lesson:
1. We practised dictating the Chinese characters 口、日、月、明、田、电; 春、天、大、小、木、林、森、人、入; and 一、二、三、四、五、六、七、八、九、十.We continued our usual Chinese conversation practice at the start of the lesson. We also reviewed the four seasons and the words 热 (hot), 凉快 (cool), 冷 (cold) and 暖和 (warm), using the sentences “夏天热，冬天冷，秋天凉快，春天暖和” (“Summer is hot, winter is cold, autumn is cool, and spring is warm”). The children practised recognising characters on flashcards and saying the days of the week from Monday to Sunday.
