Lesson Content
We reviewed the 扌 (手旁) and 足字旁 components and learned the 三点水 (氵) radical, including its meaning and usage in Chinese characters.
This lesson focused on learning and practising the twelve months of the year and how to express dates. We also compared the differences between Chinese and English date formats.
Students practised expressing their birthdays and the dates of important festivals and special occasions.
Homework
Write the 12 months of the year in Chinese.
Write the dates in Chinese from 1 September to 30 September.
Practise using the Chinese handwriting sheets provided by the teacher in the group chat.
